Hen Party House, near Leeds, offers 5* hen weekend accommodation with a private 30ft indoor pool & hot tub. perfect for a bride-to-be wanting an amazing Hen Party / Hen Do break. We can also organise hen do activities and catering at the house & locally. This is the perfect house for a hen party and you will save a fortune that you would otherwise spend on food and drink if you stayed in a hotel. We're only 20 minutes by cab from Leeds and many of our groups enjoy an evening out there. Our Guidebook lists many local bars, restaurants and activities. We can also recommend a number of party activities that will come to the house such as crafts, life-drawing models and beauty treatments. We also can bring in outside caterers to offer anything from an afternoon tea or BBQ through to a full fine-dining experience.

This large lovely modern house with a large indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi offers ample parking, and is excellently positioned with York, Liverpool, Manchester, the Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District all no more than 90 minutes away using excellent road and rail links.
The house accommodates up to 15, depending on the type of group. Upstairs we have four large bedrooms with options for twin or double beds, and a large family bathroom. We also have a huge king-size master suite that sleeps up to 4 with its own bathroom and dressing room. There is also a shower room and toilet downstairs that can be used by guests sleeping in our additional 4 beds in 2 rooms downstairs. We also have a shower and toilet in the pool area. The house is big enough for two or even three families to share.
There's a giant kitchen, a cosy TV room with a 52 inch screen with Sky and PS3, a large living room with seating for 9 and a 47 inch TV with Wii, Sky and AppleTV (updated since photos), conservatory and dining room. Our large kitchen with huge island is fully equipped with all you need to cook... or just relax and order your dinner delivered from many of the great local takeaways. We also have shops and a post office with a free ATM just a minute away.
If you want to be outside we have sofas and chairs and a large table for eating. We also have 2 patio heaters for those chilly evenings (gas will be charged for as extra).
