Meet PT John, our General Manager. John specialises in strength training. If your goal is to get strong, powerful and lean and build some useful muscle mass, give John a shout. Johns training and PT sessions are unique in that he exclusively uses the barbells in the free weight area combined with HIIT boxing sessions. Sessions are for individuals or groups up to a maximum of 4 people. Availability is limited. Charm and Tina’s 6 Week Body Transformation Bootcamp Challenge! Their very first Bootcamp is now underway, their next 6 week bootcamps start: Morning Bootcamp - Monday 26th February at 10.45am Evening Bootcamp - Monday 19th March at 7.15pm Specifically designed for fat loss, sessions are every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at The Gym Great Homer Street. Before and after progress photos and body stats are taken to track progress. Check out PT Tina’s new Small Group Training offering - ‘STRONGER, FASTER, LEANER’ - a series of strength training workshops specifically designed for ladies. Tina specialises in strength training for weight loss and fat burn. In a small group with between 1-3 other ladies, you will be coached through the main compound strength movements shown in the video: Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Pull Ups and Dips. Suitable for all fitness levels, each movement will be broken down and tailored to suit each individual, e.g. the use of resistance bands to help with pull ups and dips. Also, your nutrition will be managed and monitored. Before and after progress photos / measurements will be taken to track progress. Let’s get stronger, faster, leaner, shed them pounds, drop a dress size or two and feel invincible! 6 weeks / 12 workshops / £150 (works out at just £12.50 per workshop).
