Personal training sessions provided within a friendly relaxed environment. 1 to 1 or small group sessions available. At Fitness for Health a REPS certified Personal Trainer will design a tailor made exercise program to take you through your individual journey. Fitness training will be provided in a non-invasive, relaxed and personal environment catering for one to one or small group sessions (max 2 persons) for a duration of 30, 45 or 60mins depending on clients preferences at times convenient to the client from Monday to Saturday.Level 2 UKA coach in running Fitness and Level 3 Yoga Instructor
