The HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group PT led workouts using four revolutionary and unique HIT Machines. This is exercise for people who don't like gyms or exercise! The HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group PT led workouts using four revolutionary and unique HIT Machines (they can be seen here www.hitmachine.co.uk) and a small amount of light studio equipment. The machines are low impact and respond to the users force with varying levels of resistance therefore leading to less muscle pain the next day.
The HITZone isn't a gym... it's for people who want maximum results in minimum time. Whether the aim is to lose weight, be healthier, increase fitness levels or increase performance levels in sport, the unique small group approach at The HITZone will help

Habits and Mindset are the difference in what can hold you back and what can what make you succeed!! You need to create a good mindset and be consistent with the changes you make to create new healthy, strong mind. Small steps to start its basic stuff like.. write out all the bad habits you have that you need to change and then all the new ones you would like to create. Just by visualizing them you are already becoming aware of what needs to happen so ACTIONS will follow. With mindset set your alarm 30 mins earlier AWAY from your bed (quick habit tip) so you wake up and GET UP and start your day earlier, but try some early reading, educating with mindset videos or just some note making to be productive for the day ahead to fill this new added time to your life. Just this 30 min change will have you more focused than ever!! Healthy mind then the body will follow!!!
