Kinneil Fitness and Personal Training is here to provide a fun and motivating way to get fit. Hi thank you for looking at my page.
I'm a level 3 personal trainer who will help you reach your fitness goals however big or small.
I have many years experience in the fitness industry, obtaining qualifications in, British Olympic Weight Lifting, Kettlercise, Metafit, Freestyle Spin and various Les Mills programs.
With my military background I will use this experience to train you both mentally and physically. Training will be offered to suit your lifestyle whether you prefer outdoors or indoors.
I promise to keep it real and help you achieve results whether you are new to fitness, considering your first race or a seasoned athlete looking to excel in your chosen sport.
I offer nutritional advice and tailored programs that fit around you, your life style and job.
I'm with you every step of the way, 24/7 blood sweat and tears.
BOOT CAMP
A military style group training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1hr period.
Ran by myself Lee and my wife Emily, who has experience in the fitness industry with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification. Emily is also from a military background and together we promise it will be fun, motivating, and achievable for all levels of fitness.
