A customer of mine who is disabled and in a wheelchair, is always keen to get out in the garden and grow things herself, she had theses old grow bags which have see better days and a nuisance of been at ground level, so we had a chat and said I think I could make her some bespoke planter/veg troughs that would be raised for easy accessibility from her wheelchair and to enjoy growing again!! Had a customer get in touch if I could help sort this old decking that was already in when they moved in, her dad had done the area near the house some months earlier but was too much physical work, so I helped out. The old decking had been poorly done, different bits of wood used to do carcass frame, decking boards too tight together for no rain water to escape or air to circulate, plus rotting so all felt spongy when walked on and not the right fixings on boards. Had this decking job to start in January 2018, problem area of multiple levels of old concrete, the decking made the area usable again for summertime.
