Meet Debbie Debbie has been a qualified CBT Counsellor since 2011 who has worked with those affected by self-harm, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, depression, suicidal thoughts, generalised anxiety disorder, eating disorders, bullying, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns, loss and anger management. In her free time, Debbie enjoys socialising by listening to live music with friends and family. She also likes to draw, walk and cycle. In the summer she hosts international students which is now in its 6th year. She also likes to go on charity walks and events whenever possible.
