*New Mum & Baby Aerial yoga class* Following the success of our first Mum & Baby aerial yoga class in Lichfield, Tammy (from Bloomingful Births) & I are really excited to announce that we're going to be bringing this awesome new class to Cannock as well 😊 The 4 week course starts on Wednesday 11th April at 11am & costs just £35. The class will be held at Eden Hot yoga studio (opposite Wicks). I'm so happy today, my heart is full 💖Today was our first Mum & Baby Aerial yoga class, it was so awesome!! Not only did I get to meet these lovely new mummies & their beautiful babies, but I got to teach with my awesome friend Tammy from @bloomingfulbirths We had been talking about creating a class together for a while, so we decided to stop talking about it & actually do it. Happy International Women's Day!!! In this picture are just a few of my incredible aerial yogis, not only are they incredible because they're brave enough to try an aerial class in the first place (which is scary!) BUT what makes them truly incredible is the way that they support & encourage each other in classes. There are times when someone does a pose or goes upside down for the first time & the rest of the class give them a round of applause!! They also support me, not just by coming to classes & putting up with my weirdness, but also, by encouraging me in growing the business, in trying new things & by checking that I'm OK & sending get well wishes when I'm ill. I'm so sorry but I'm cancelling tonight's class. I have a migraine, my migraines are 'migraines with aura' which means I have distorted vision, speech & have no feeling in my left hand side, so I'm not able to teach. I'm really sorry. See you all next week xx

Saturday Aerial yogis, I'm really sorry but I've decided to cancel tomorrow's class, it's still snowing & is forecast to carry on through the night. Due to the weather Tammy & I have decided to postpone the start of our Mum & baby aerial yoga class tomorrow. We really don't want our lovely Mum's & babies to come out in this freezing cold weather. *CLASSES ARE CANCELLED TONIGHT* Aerial yogis, I'm really sorry but I've decided to cancel classes tonight. I've had a number of you contact me & say you won't be able to make tonight due to the weather. And the MET office have issued weather warnings not to travel this evening. So in the interests of yours & Kelly's safety (Kelly has to travel to teach) classes are not on this evening. For those of you on the Behinners course, we will be extending the course by a week at the end, if you are unable to make that date, you can use a class credit at another time. 7:30 class, if you are booked in, the class will be credited back to your Mindbody account. Sorry for any inconvienience caused, I hope you understand my reasons for cancelling, Natalie xx
