Your appointments are very important to us.
We understand that daily schedules may change and last minute cancellations may happen but in any other circumstances we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We offer complimentary text messages 24hrs before so please make sure your number is on file. This enables us to fill our appointments with our client waiting list. If reoccurring cancellations continue we may have no choice but to charge you a cancellation fee.
