Is the latest chapter from one of England’s oldest dedicated fireplace families .
Leslie Heal started his fireplace business in 1966. One of the first companies dedicated to designing and building fireplace in the South East of England . His reputation for custom built unique fireplace was unparalleled  .Often stars from stage screen and football pitch could be found in his showrooms in Leigh on sea.
In the 80s he was joined by his two sons Craig & Dean.
By this time the Heal family were trading from 2 showrooms in Leigh on sea and the Famous Keddies dept store, with plans to set up a showroom in the world famous Harrods store.
The recession in the 90s coupled with the closure of the Keddies dept store put paid to any expansion plans !
The 00s was a time of re building !.. The market for brick fireplace changed as limestone and marble fireplaces became the must have item.

By this time Leslie heal had retired

Having barely recovered from the previous recession made all the more worse by the huge financial loss of the closure of Keddies. Coupled with personal and health issues The original Heals showroom had to close.

However in 2013 Craig Heal decided to open a new and exciting boutique  fireplace showroom. Specialising in designer and famous brand name fireplaces from all over the world

Named after his Grandfather Charles Goldsworthy Chimneypieces Ltd is the newest name in fireplaces.
Joining forces with Craig is Paul Blowers with HEATSAFE installations a dedicated specialist installer with unrivalled experience in installing gas fires wood burning stoves and all forms of fireplaces. Paul’s team at HEATSAFE Installations are HETAS registered and Gas Safe Registered and also benefit from being personally recommended by some of the worlds most famous names in fireplaces today.
