We do not offer refunds or exchanges for earrings or nose rings (or sets that include nose rings or earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to exchange any other items you will need to contact us within 5 days after receiving your order and email the details to info@nimsboutique.com
Please do not message us on social media pages as your exchange will not be processed.
Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed.
All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post.
You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.
We do not offer refunds. Exchange only.
If your item arrives faulty then this needs to be reported via email to info@nimsboutique.com with pictures of the faults within 48hrs of receipt of the item. A member of the team will confirm if the item can be exchanged.
