elite is the home of the transformation centre, a new way to see health, fitness and well-being designed for everybody. Changing your life starts here! We have three main programmes at elite:Leeds all designed around offering our elite family unlimited support so YOU can take control of both your diet and your exercise.
elite:Transform
Transform is our unique 6 week programme. You are challenged to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. We give you the opportunity to do this for FREE!!
elite:Focus
Focus is our intensive exercise programme, built to deliver a sustainable and healthy weight loss or to simply maintain a toned physique.
elite:Plus
Plus is our ‘next level’ training for those wanting to push their body to the limit. This is our semi private personal training focused on specific more advanced training techniques to maximize results.
