Horsforth School
Description
Opportunity and achievement for all. Our secondary school in Leeds is for 11-18 year old students. Our 'outstanding' Sixth Form welcomes new students.
We firmly believe in opportunity and achievement for all and are proud to provide a first class education which aims to equip all students with the confidence, competence, knowledge, skills and understanding to fit easily and actively into a rapidly changing society.
We aim to ensure that all students enjoy learning and achieve their potential, not only in their studies but also in sporting, creative and practical endeavours.
We encourage hard work, courtesy, good behaviour and service to our community. We provide many opportunities to develop these attributes both inside and outside of the classroom.

* Parents/carers, we wanted to let you know * Traffic Wardens now have a vehicle which looks solely at the yellow zig zags outside schools. The cameras on the vehicle are designed so that they pick up any vehicle that has stopped in that area and it takes a short footage for evidence, the keeper is then sent a ticket in the post. The traffic warden doesn’t need to stop and the driver probably won’t know. Thanks for your support as always.
