Our military fitness classes are run by serving or former members of the armed forces with recognised fitness training qualifications. They will help motivate and encourage you back into fitness!

Classes are graded by ability group and are for members of the public. They are designed for ALL abilities, from those just starting to exercise who want to lose weight, to the already very fit.

We also use our military skills and experience to organise events, and corporate team-building and charity fundraisers through the BMF Consultancy.

Outstanding Member of the Month award this month goes to mr Anil 'Champ' Champaneri! Anil is pretty much the embodiment of a BMFer, always upbeat, friends with everyone! And never lets an injury keep him from doing what he loves...and he's had a few! In his 8 years with BMF he has trained with us a whopping 940 times, as a Blue, a Red, a Green, a Blue again (injury), a Red, a Green again...a Blue again, a Red ...etc etc. He is recognised this month for his efforts in bringing so many of his fellow BMFers along to the Major Series (although sadly couldn't join them due to a cheesecake induced injury!! But nonetheless please join us in congratulating him on his very prestigeous award (a free bib!)
