My name is Jo and I’m a Foot Health Professional in North Leeds and surrounding areas. Home visits and group bookings taken.
Call for a chat about the foot care you require or if you would like me to come and talk to your group or organisation. I offer nail cutting, nail thinning, corn and callus removal, verruca treatment, fungal nail and skin treatment as well as relief for dry split heels.
Any paddings and medicaments are included as part of the package and the treatment is finished off with a soothing foot rub.

I've just read an article (not research based) saying if you rub chilli 🌶 into your feet it keeps them warm. I wouldn't go that far and certainly don't recommend it.....however lambswool insoles are perfect 👌 Keep those feet warm folks 😊

Yep simple prevention using tape. I'm using and recommending animal wool too. It works a treat and available at chemists and online for just over a pound and a box will last ages.
