Description
Chocnroll a family run business in Royal Leamington Spa making the finest handmade chocolates and macarons, I started my career working at the Dorchester hotel in London under the world famous chef Anton Mosimann, a two year spell in Sweden at operakalleran and the swedish houses of parliament before returning to the midlands to work in various hotels and restaurants before going into education to teach the trade that i love. In 2014 i built a chocolate studio at home and chocbroll was born. I offer one on one classes on the making of chocolates and macarons. Bespoke chocolate wedding favours coloured to match the bridal party colours.
