Thought I would share details of my own project that I've recently been working on at the shop, almost ready for the road and the drive to the VHRA Pendine Sands Hot Rod event: 1927 Ford model T roadster, 1930 Ford chassis, rear axle, steering and rod brakes. 1936 Ford flathead V8 and 3 speed gearbox. 1932 Ford grill shell. 1940 Ford wheels and steering wheel. All this along with other original parts is my best effort at building a pre war hotrod named the 'jitterbug' by my son Red. See you on the sand!

1932 Ford 5 window coupe. This has been a long term full rebuild and restoration project. Everything has been done from chassis rails to gutter rails, from floors to roof, from grill to back panel. Main 'Hot Rod' jobs that are most obvious is the 3-1/2" roof chop with lent back A posts and the louvers in the bonnet top, roof and boot lid, 594 in total punched in house. Now all blown apart and ready for paint 👍

Next project started in the workshop. 1930 Ford Tudor Sedan chopped 5 inches and mounted to an original 1932 Ford chassis that's been pinched and tapered to the grillshell. 1956 Chrysler 354 Hemi. Lots more to come on this tough looking Hot Rod.

2016 kept me super busy at the shop and saw some different and interesting work come through the doors, along with the more traditional early Ford hotrod fabrication. 2017 is shaping up to be the same with some great projects already in progress.
