Fear of .....
• Heights
• Spiders
• Snakes
• The dark
• Public speaking
Do you
• Smoke and wish you didn’t
• Want to lose weight
• Wish that you could get that new job
• Want to have the confidence to pursue your dreams – whatever they may be
Do you ever wish for something different, something more?
Have you ever noticed that confident people do better at work and are generally more popular? Have you noticed that when you are feeling confident you get more done?
Imagine how you would benefit from enhanced confidence and self esteem. Confidence and self esteem are not the result of genetics, intelligence or luck. They are mental processes and skills. They are based around what you think and what you believe. Not what you think or believe with your conscious mind.
No. It’s what you think and believe with your subconscious mind that runs the show.
Using a unique blend of NLP, hypnosis and life coaching skills I can help you effortlessly make the right choices, so that you can have the future you want, starting right now, being the confident self you know you are.

facebook.comI'm sharing this to highlight how often wwe are measured and judged on small, narrow criteria. On a tiny moment in time. We often let that judgment, assessment of us and our abilities shape our futures. We take is as true. It's not true. It's a snapshot in time. She didn't believe it and neither should you x
Do you ever feel lost with some aspects of your life? Going in circles, getting nowhere, becoming more and more confused about which direction to take? Try this exercise. Works best if you relax. Take 3 or 4 long slow deep breaths and let your mind go blank. Now imagine that a miracle has occurred and you wake up to your perfect life. Become immersed in your perfect life. Let your imagination run free and see what you see, feel what you feel and hear what your hear. Notice the detail around you - the people, the place, your clothes, car, house, everything. This is your perfect life. Let the scene unfold and enjoy it. Stay there for a few moments soaking up the experience. Now write down the answers to the following questions • How would you know that it was exactly what you wanted? • What would you see? • What would you hear? • What would you feel inside? • What changes would have happened – In your career? In your relationships? In your wealth? In your health? This is where you are going. Spend some time every day in your perfect life. As well as writing it down you could also make a vision board - a visual representation of your perfect life displayed so that you are frequently reminded of it. Now while you are doing this exercise I want you to notice the little niggles. That little voice - what's it saying? That funny feeling - what does it feel like? Where? Write it down. Be honest. These as the things that are keeping you stuck and once you know what they are you can do something about them. More to follow. Be well x
Don't listen to those who put you down - didn't do Kate any harm!
We are often quick to judge ourselves and put ourselves down even in the most subtle of ways. Too quick to focus on our faults and shortcomings. How about if you focused on your attributes and and achievements instead? Let it be your mantra "I am enough"
Life and risk ..... It's not about taking a big chance. It's about giving yourself a big chance. Are you willing to make that leap?
This is one of my favourite Ted Talks. I struggle with what I think it means to be vulnerable. I construe it as being weak. What if it didn't mean that? What if the ability to show your vulnerability turns out to be your greatest strength? https://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability?language=en
