Week Commencing 23rd April Studio Classes! Follow the link to book online - all sessions must have 4 people booked onto them 3 hours before the session is due to start for it to run. Monday 23rd CIRCUIT TRAINING - 6.30pm PRO DANCE - 7.30pm Tuesday 24th AEROTONE - 5.30pm METAFIT - 6.30pm Wednesday 25th DANCEFIT - 6.15pm BOXING - 7.00pm Thursday 26th YOGA - 5.30pm BODY CHALLENGE* - 6.30pm Friday 27th WILD CARD - 10.00am Saturday 28th BOXING - 9.00am BOOK HERE: https://fitgirlgotfat.as.me/ Full members get 3 classes per week in with their membership, Ladies only can pay £10 to upgrade to this for the month. £5 per class non members welcome. * Body Challenge is a small ladies only group personal training session, this has limited places and is not included within the 3 class limit.
