We are both from the Orkney Islands and have a vast knowledge of the area and can help make the most of your time during your visit.

Busy day in the garden today. 2 big trees have had a much needed cut back, allowing more light to come in through the back of the guest house and less leaves to clear up in Autumn! 🌳🍃
This old settlement is in such a lovely spot on Mainland Orkney with a breathtaking views across to Rousay and over a dangerous stretch of water known locally as 'the string' with strong tides and undercurrents. The Broch of Gurness is one of the Historic Scotlands many sites across Orkney.

Wishing all of our guests a Happy & Healthy New Year. We have enjoyed a break over Christmas and New Year spending some quality time with our girls. We look forward to welcoming new & returning guests to stay at Karrawa in 2018.
