Applebays Afterschool offer a service in the Lenzie area for Breakfast and Afterschool Care. We have a fantastic team.
Owner, Amy Kingston. Applebays Breakfast and Afterschool Care is a business offering a premium breakfast and afterschool facility. We will be providing a breakfast buffet in the morning and a healthy snack in the afternoon. We will have on offer a variety of activities ranging from quiet reading corners and arts and crafts corners to computer,construction, and free play areas. We have two rooms providing the children a choice of quiet time in the smaller more cosy room or a large area running on to a secure garden where children can let off steam from a hard days work. As mothers ourselves we aim to provide a homely safe and nurturing environment which we would want for our own children in an afterschool setting.

If not, the Applebays team will keep our children busy regardless, with the garden project they have been working on and all the themes/ activities and baking ideas chosen by the children for this term. Happy Easter to all our children and families. All our schools close tomorrow at 2.30pm and as always Applebays staff will collect at 2.30pm and service will run until 6pm. We hope you all have a wonderful Easter and look forward to seeing you when the chocolate is finished and schools start back. Have fun, Amy and the Applebays team ❤️
EDC has updated their page to say all schools are open tomorrow, so Applebays will be back to business as usual. We hope you have all had fun in the snow. We are all looking forward to getting back to normal. See you all tomorrow. Amy and the team
Good afternoon We hope you have had a lovely summer holiday. Below are a few changes within Applebay's Afterschool for the new term. First of all Debbie and Amy will no longer run Applebay's together. Debbie is moving on to pastures new and is wanting to embark on new ventures. We will all miss her terribly and wish her all the very best in everything she goes on to do. We are also very sad to see Maria leave our setting. She was a valued member of staff and has moved on to another job with more hours. We wish her all the very best. Applebay's will still run as normal, with Amy being sole director of the business working with Jeanna who will continue in her management role. If you have any questions regarding the setting or concerns please contact Jeanna directly on Applebays usual email. (Applebays@yahoo.com) Four new members of staff have been brought on board, all professionally qualified and very enthusiastic, ensuring high standards continue at Applebays After School. Debbie would like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents for their support over the last few years and will miss all of the children.
