Hope everyone who has got tickets for our Wine Tasting tomorrow evening is ready for a great night 🍷 To get us ready for it here is our Meet the Staff on David Oliphant who will be one of our hosts on the night. David works in the restaurant and is our go to man for things to do with whisky, wine or anything educational 🙋♂️ here's a few questions for him, •How long have you worked at the muirs? For over 2 years now •Previous jobs? I have worked at the Green Hotel and before that Ballathie House Hotel • Have you done any wine training? Lots of the on the job training and a number of courses from the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust •Hobbies Wine and Whisky 🍷 •What do u like to do in ur free time? See above •What did you want to be when you were growing up? I don't think that's ever going to happen 😂

⭐️⭐️We are hosting a fun evening here at the Muirs Inn with the lovely John Murphy from Hallgarten Druitt Wines and our very own David Oliphant. The evening will kick off at 6.30pm / 7pm where you will enjoy tasting and comparing Johns choices of wonderful old world wines from France and delicious new world wines from South Africa. At 8pm we will then serve you a supper of Rump of Lamb, dauphinoise potato, grilled onion purée and rosemary gravy along with a glass of red or white wine 🍷 To finish your evening some cheese and biscuits and tea or coffee Ticket prices £29.50 available to purchase in the restaurant⭐️⭐️
