Riverside award winning Fine Dining Restaurant with Rooms in The Cairngorms National Park
Proud to receive AA Three Red Rosettes in 2016 The Cross, awarded AA Three Red Rosettes 2016, is a fine dining restaurant situated in the wonderful Cairngorm National Park, near Aviemore surrounded by mountains, rivers and lochs. it was built as a water powered tweed mill in the late 1800s and still maintains the character and some of the original features of the mill.
Situated in 4 acres of woodland and garden by the Gynack burn - wildlife abounds with roe deer and red squirrels frequent visitors.
There are eight en-suite bedrooms, two comfortable lounges and a beautiful terrace to use when weather permits!
Dinner is served in the wood beamed restaurant and daily changing menus are influenced by seasonal, local and much scottish produce.
We are open for accommodation and breakfast seven days a week.
Our restaurant is open everyday for dinner.We are also open for lunch and afternoon teas - prior booking required.

Had a lovely trip to the Highland Wildlife Park today with close encounters of Amur Tiger, Snow Leopard, Red Panda & Reindeer. A great place to spend a day - we re-open on 28th December so come & stay and visit !!
