So away from promoting the cafe, the last couple of days Kilcreggan has been graced by the presence of a magnificent humpback whale! The beautiful creature has not disappointed with displays of feeding behaviour and has shown us his/her tale in all its glory! Let's hope this beautiful animal hangs around for a few more days for us to really appreciate how lucky we are to live where we live!

CUSTOMER NOTICE! We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be back fully open from ten o'clock tomorrow morning!!! New carpet was laid today so our floor is now safe! Woo hoo!! We still have an interesting window covering but hey we have one good window! Hopefully see you in droves tomorrow! Xxxxxx

Hello again folks. That is me just back from the cafe. The bad news is on close inspection there are slithers and shards of glass all over the place and we feel this makes it an unsafe environment for customers until rectified. Due to this the cafe will be closed tomorrow morning to customers wishing to sit. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to keep you all informed via Facebook. Siona

To all our lovely customers, you may or may not be aware that there was an accident today at the cafe whereby unfortunately a car mounted the pavement outside the cafe and crashed into the window. We have managed to remain open today and intend to be open for business as usual tomorrow, however some glass has become quite unsafe in the broken window which we are going to attempt to make safe before tomorrow, however if we are unable to make it safe we will have no alternative than to close the cafe until full repair is carried out. I shall report again on here when I know if we can operate safely. Thank you very much to everyone for their kind words and concern shown today. Nobody was hurt though everyone did get a big fright!
