facebook.comIt’s a brave new world for Frys U10’s as they tried out the 9v9 format for the very first time. Facing a very good Bradford Town team who are the youth setup for a strong Western League Premier adult team, we adjusted really well. As the match went on we tired that little bit more than they did, and on balance their narrow win was the fair result. We look forward to learning more about the 9v9 game.
After drawing 4-4 in the Cup to Imperial, Frys U10’s followed up with another close encounter, this time going down 3-4 to Warmley in what were two scintillating matches!
Last week Frys U10’s played Imperial which was an exciting affair. Across the two matches the final score was 4-4 (it’s a Cup match so we can print the result), and left the spectators in two minds; 1) we wish this brilliant game could continue, or 2) can we go and get warm now.... Great stuff 👍🏼⚽️

The two main Youth clubs in Keynsham met at Manor Road PF over the weekend. As usual it was a competitive match, between two U10 sides looking to win, but more importantly play good football. In the end however the most important thing was friendships as School friends shook hands at the final whistle.
A great battling performance by our U14 Colts today against top of the league. Ultimately it was not to be, however considering the results of some teams against this opposition, they can be proud.
Three matches at Manor Road PF this morning, two involving Frys; our U14 Juniors had a scintillating draw with Whitchurch, whilst our U10’s were involved in a pulsating match with Warmley, some photos of which are below.
Football returned to Manor Road PF after the Christmas break, with Fry Club JFC U12's on Saturday, and then the U10 and U14 Colts on the Sunday. Here, the U10's face a good Mangotsfield side.

Fry Club U10’s played in a Final on Sunday at Manor Road PF, and won! Sausage + Chips followed at the New Inn, along with a Champagne celebration 👍🏼
