Activity Studio for group exercise and dance, classes include Studio Cycling and BODYPUMP plus more.
Sports Hall with 6 badminton courts, cricket nets, and full sized basketball/netball/volleyball courts available to hire.
Gym, Exercise and sports facilities serving Keynsham, Bristol, Bath, Avon, and beyond. Members and non-members welcome

Member of the month for April goes to Sarah Mead, despite Easter holidays this is a great example of having a routine which combines regular gym sessions and classes. Its a free month in May as a reward.

Monday evening BODYPUMP with Chris takes the April class of the month award. Its the second time this year and there's a chasing pack of studio cycling classes too.
