Kids promotions

Last night Gracie Barra Keynshams Future Champions received a visit from Gracie Barra Bristol’s black belt instructor Nicolai Holt (Geeza) who watched over the kids class and gave out some valuable tips, at the end of the class there were some well earned promotions handed out. Well done to everyone, it was a great class and it’s a honour to have Geeza over looking our club.

Great night last at Gracie Barra Keynsham. We received a visit from Gracie Barra Bristol’s main man Nicolai Holt (Geeza) who shared some top techniques and valuable knowledge to our students. Really good training and a few well earned promotions at the end to top off the class.
