Station83 is Kemnay's 1st Independent Gym with state of the art setup aimed at a more personable approach to fitness. cafe83 is the associated restaurant Independent Gym in the centre of Kemnay, Aberdeenshire. Fully kitted out for both Cardio and Weight lifting. All state of the art with both Male & Female changing rooms. Disability friendly with parking and Changing area/toilet. Personal Training on site with full time trainers offering a full range of dietary & Training programs.

We're off and running....literally🏃🏻 7am and we're already past the 100km mark😬😬 Huge turn out so far, who else is coming in by?😃
The breakthrough has happened😬😬 We've finally knocked through the wall in to our brand new studio! Not long to go, we'll be up and running in just a few weeks, stay tuned - lots to come😃
Final preparations getting put together for the big day tomorrow🎉🏃🏻🚶🏻♀️🏋🏻 For those of you who don't know, we will be putting on a charity event in order to raise money for Sport Relief. FREE access all day 6am - 9pm so anyone who is not a member already drop in by and give us a hand! The minimum distance we need to cover is 1200km.... but we want the top prize of 1500km, don't you?💪🏻💪🏻 Snacks will be available all day to keep you refuelled and energised for covering the greatest distance YOU can🙌🏻 HELP US get to the target and we'll HELP YOU stay fuelled...fair deal right?🍫 A huge shoutout to Kemnay Academy and Kemnay Primary School who are bringing along over 50 pupils across the day, hugely appreciated😃 Looking forward to seeing you all bright and early tomorrow morning - why don't you tag a friend you think could come along and join you?👭👬👫
