On grey days you really do have to create your own sunshine...I have some availability next week with and without childcare so why not book in and get that wonderful post massage feeling to bring you a little sunshine amidst the grey 🌞
Our little lovebugs had fun today making some valantines creations whilst their mummies had some much needed time out for a soothing aromatherapy massage and reflexology. We have a couple of appointments available Thursday next week with Sali or Tuesday/Wednesday just me xx

New goodies have arrived.. lotions and potions to help everyone feel wonderful 😊 I've bought a bubble bath base so am excited to have a mess around blending oils into it... particularly for my achey pregnant mamas. It takes me back to making 'perfume' with smushed up flowers in the garden! Happy days 🌹 xx
Today I am practicing what I preach...spa day for one 😊 Anyone ever done a spa day solo? I'm feeling pretty chilled already and haven't even had a treatment yet.
So true and so sad...time to start reclaimed the postpartum period and nurturing new (and not so new) mamas. I do a beautiful treatment / ritual called closing the bones which is all about honouring and celebrating the mother. Physically and energetically closing the body after birth.
