DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GET HEALTHIER??? So many people are struggling to get healthier and fitter yet are not achieving it, why is this? Well in my opinion negative people around them are making their decisions for them subconsciously. I see so many people in gyms or on social media get involved in arguments or discussions which will in turn take them away from their goal as they probably spend the rest of the day or week moaning or worrying about what just happened. People around you will tell you cant do something because they cant do it, by allowing yourself to get drawn into debates on Facebook is just not going to be good for your health or mind. My advice is to truly focus on your goal, I wouldn't worry about what anyone else is doing this has no bearing on your results. Focus purely on yourself and teach yourself discipline. For example if those around you want to eat Ice Cream everyday after dinner and your goal is fat loss then let them do that but do not give in and join in, discipline is becoming a rare skill these days and greed is becoming the most popular. I see so many bullshit negative statuses on social media, I cant help but wonder why people moan about the fact they cant lose weight or have little time to workout whether it be at a gym or at home but can spend an hour discussing Eastenders or Big brother. I am not here telling people they shouldn't watch these, that is up to them what I am saying is if health is a priority in your life then take a good look at how you spend your time and who with and workout whether this wil give you the best chance of success.

The one aspect that hinders results in my experience is PATIENCE!! The amount of bullshit that gets flown around with 3 week transformations, 10 day weight loss plans etc etc has distorted the reality of what people are expecting. Please let me give you an insight into the reality of getting results that you will sustain: -it takes time -it takes sacrifice -it doesn't always happen smoothly where everything is perfect along the process. If you are training hard, training towards the goal that you want the most, eating sensibly 80% of the time, getting good sleep and minimising alcohol you will be progressing. It may be slower than you expect but this is reality, to lose fat you need to balance your hormones through training and nutrition and then you will see greater results. This doesn't happen overnight!! Losing weight is actually easy, the theory that its difficult is again BS, you could get in a sauna and dehydrate yourself, you could go on 500 calorie shakes per day, I don't recommend these mind. However I do recommend sticking with it through the good times and the bad times. Patience and consistency is the key!!!!

Are you currently trying out the next FAD diet or reading about one??? Remember everybody is different not one diet will fit all. If a "diet" tells you it will fix everybody then it is lying. Everybody will react differently to different types of eating. For example if somebody is on a Vegan diet and its working for them this doesn't mean that it will work for you or if somebody is trying a high fat diet (ketogenic)and it doesn't work for them then this doesn't mean it wont work for you. You will need to trial different ways of eating that will help you stay healthy, keep bodyfat down and keep energy levels high. Do what your comfortable with and not what the latest celeb or apparent guru tells you in the magazines etc.

Our products include: Personal Training - personally fully booked however we have a team of trainers that can help you achieve your goals and guarantee results. Boxing Strength and Conditioning - available for high level amateurs and professional fighters throughout the day. PT mentorship - coming in September to support new trainers build solid businesses from the get go. Any trainers that are interested then get in touch. One of the main aspects of training that is overlooked but is a necessity if you want better fitness, better body composition, better strength and better bodyfat levels is REST. Rest is absolutely vital if you are to recover from your training and rebuild your body the correct way. If you are not an athlete try to have at least 2 days off training completely per week and do not spend more than 90 minutes in the gym at once. Below are a few tips on REST: - Take 1 week off every 12 weeks -If the gym or physical activity starts to become a chore then take a week off. -If strength starts to diminish then its time for a week off. Rest is key if you are to get any of your fitness goals.
