Ingredients: 1 Red Onion 2 Garlic Cloves Dried Chilli & Mixed Herbs 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes 1 Tin Chickpeas 1 Tin Lentils 1 Tin Kidney Beans 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste 300ml Vegetable Stock Directions 1 - Dice and brown the onion, garlic, chilli and herbs. 2 - Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes 3 - Rinse and add all three tines of legumes as well as the stock and tomato paste 4 - Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. 5 - Take off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes, if it needs thickening add 1 tsp of corn flour to cold water and stir into the chilli. Makes 2 BIG portions or 3 normal 347 Kcals | P - 25g | C - 48g | F - 6g

This mornings live workout the “Scouse shit sandwich” Going live In 30 mins This workout is a great workout, when I started on my weight loss journey I travelled to see a great friend of mine in Liverpool and he used this it got me totally gassed as a beginner and is now one of my go to workouts on a Sunday morning Cash in 25 squats then 60 secs each of the following: Push ups Forward lunge Leg raise Jumping jacks Plank Complete this twice for a total of ten minutes work with no rest period then cash out with 25 squats to finish. Although no rest period, if rest needed take only minimal rest required
