We offer Bootcamp Training
TRX suspension Training
Boxercise & kickbboxercise
Group or 1-2-1 training Stix Body Blitz
Keithhall estate accessed off the old meldrum road beside the new houses (full directions will be emailed to you on booking your class)
What to wear:
joggers/leggings/shorts
tshirt or sports top
Hoody/jumper (for after)
good supporting trainers. (no fashion ones)
ladies a good supporting Sports Bra
a drink of water
a towel
your smile and sence of humour.

. ENJOYABLE
you DO NOT NEED "to get fit" to start these classes they are for anyone and everyone. form couch potato to the regular gym attendee!
all class are open to men and women and we have a pretty equal mix of both. form 15 to 50+ and ALL shapes and sized and fitness levels.

Hey Everyone hope you are all keeping warm during this horrible weather STIX CLOSED THURSDAY 1st & FRIDAY 2nd March ALL CLASSES CANCELLED DURING THIS TIME Taking in to consideration the weather and road condition which are forecast to get worse again tonight (and the schools probably being closed again tomorrow) afraid I have had to make the decision to shut Stix for the next 2 days and cancel all classes and PTs during this time This will also give me time to clear the road to Stix itself as we can’t get the plough to the door so It will take me a while to clear it by hand :) it will be a good work out though Hopefully all being well we will be able to resume as normal on Monday Apologies to let you all down but think this is the safer option Xx
630 BLITZ CANCELLED TONIGHT Hey folks afraid due to the current weather and the red warning for the area I am going to cancel tonight’s Blitz class. Don’t want anyone traveling in this Hopefully all will be well for next week Stay safe out there if you do need to head out xx

Morning folks. Happy Friday Can I ask anyone coming to Stix today to come round the bottom of the road and up the back way We have a big tanker coming in this morning to do the floors of the new house to the top road will be blocked when we are due to start x
