WOW! What a day yesterday as we welcomed our first visiting presenter to the studio. Baz Moffat delivered her Pelvic Floor Workshop to 30 women during three, 90 minute sessions. Enlightening, empowering, informative and at times emotional...thank you Baz for coming to Yorkshire and for helping, reminding and educating us all x
