The firm is based in West London and was formed by its principal Aamer Rana who has extensive knowledge of Criminal and Immigration Laws and has been practicing since 1998.

AMR Solicitors strongly believe that every person has a right to receive competent legal advice and the same should not be hampered by their inability to afford it. As such AMR Solicitors have over the last few years provided Pro-Bono Legal Advice to members of the public at the Local Citizens Advice Bureau.

At AMR Solicitors we aim to achieve the optimum results for our clients by identifying at an early stage clients' objectives and the issues involved. This approach enables us to stay focused and have an effective control of all the challenges by  dealing with them in a timely fashion.

We hold a Criminal Contract with Legal Aid Agency  and therefore provide free advice & assistance at police stations 24 hours a day irrespective of their financial situation. However, advice & assistance in Courts is means tested and we would assess clients eligibility for it and if eligible we would apply for Legal Aid on their behalf.

In case, you are not eligible for Legal Aid we willl give you the quotation of our fee, which is highly competitive. Our fee structure is very transparent and we will aim to provide you with a quotation for a fixed fee where possible. However our clients have a flexibility to choose between a fixed fee or an hourly rate.
