With over 20 different baby, toddler and postnatal fitness classes each week and the ability to choose a different class every day, you’ll be spoiled for choice this spring.
We will be opening our fab new club in April 2016 and are currently offering memberships at a promotional rate, so don’t miss out.

Don't forget that Horsham's Friday indoor Mummy&Me Bootcamp class will be moving outside this week! Meeting point is at the bottom of the steps outside Pavilions - between the playground and the outdoor swimming pool.
Brilliant busylizzy first aid workshop today from Daisy First Aid Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill. Learned so much about what to do in cases of choking, children and adults that are unconscious or even not breathing, concussion, poisoning, burns and cuts, breaks and bruises! Now let's hope none of us need to use any of it!
