Holywood Hill Country Cottages are new holiday cottages with unique, panoramic views of Belfast Lough, in the heart of the idyllic North Down countryside. Our new cottages in the heart of the North Down tranquil countryside, yet only ten minutes drive from Belfast, Titanic Quarter, City Airport and close to 4 towns is a great location to explore Northern Ireland. The cottages, set in 8 acres of private grounds have recently achieved NI Tourist Board 4* rating and have everything you need for individuals, couples or families to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Ballydavey Cottage on the ground floor has two large bedrooms and sleeps 4. Ballycultra cottage on the first floor, also has two large bedrooms and sleeps 3 - this cottage has the attraction of a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Belfast Lough. Both cottages are fitted out to a very high standard with electric central heating and solar panels and come complete with free WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooker with glass hob, large television and DVD player. The Laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. A large outdoor grass area, outdoor chess, BBQ facilities and Ballymenach Forest walks across the road will ensure you experience the relaxation of the countryside.

We've had a lovely couple of weeks at the cottages welcoming back a number of visitors who have stayed with us before. A beautiful little girl, during her third visit to the cottages, celebrated her second birthday, so a new cuddly teddy was eagerly waiting her arrival. We received a lovely photo of teddy travelling back home to Scotland! The recent twelfth celebrations wouldn't be same without our guests from Great Yarmouth and what a lovely message and treat they left to say thanks! When our 'guests' become our 'friends' it's sad to see them go home.
