My name is Greg Molen and I have been in the business for 35 years running numerous successful restaurants and food led operations in London, Hertfordshire and Essex. I'm the present owner of Smith's of Wapping, one of London's top fish restaurants.
I've always wanted a classic 50's diner, family run, and using the freshest ingredients for homemade burgers, pit-smoked racks of ribs and classic milkshakes.
