To John, Andrea and all the fantastic staff at kirks. I would just like to express our sincere thanks for the care and compassion you showed to our family whilst dad was in your care, this was of great comfort to us all during what has undoubtedly been the worst time in our lives. I know this is part of the service you provide but you went over and above what was expected on several occasions and this difficult time was made so much easier because of you all. Your organisation and attention to detail was second to none and nothing ever felt like to much trouble and you were always there to talk through any worries or concerns we had along the way, no matter how small. We had the perfect send off for our beloved dad thanks to you and we will be forever grateful. Thanks again The O'Rourke family x

A lovely e-mail we received today. So we thought we would share it with you all. I have been meaning to contact everyone at Kirks to express our sincere gratitude for the way you organised our dad's funeral. My sister and I and family were treated exceptionally well and with real warmth and compassion by all the staff at this very difficult time. The day of the funeral everyone behaved in a professional and friendly manner. We both said that we felt supported by others outside of the usual circle of family and friends. We would also like to say that we were particularly pleased with the quality of the order of service. A number of people at the funeral commented on how well they had been printed and prepared. From all of the family I would again like to say a big thank you to everyone at Kirks and that you made a difficult day more tolerable. We were also very fortunate with the weather, did you manage to arrange that for us as well!
