Due to prior coaching commitments, unfortunately MMA will not be taking place Saturday. 10am boot camp is on though so feel free to swap sessions and get pumped with Shaq.

As it was a little toasty in the gym tonight, we took the boxing squad outside to train. Some serious talent in this team.
