Fab day at South Tyneside. We started with the girls 100IM, Imogen, Katie and Steph pb'd. Jamie, Matthew and Thomas pb'd in the 50m fly. Then Imogen took a second and half off her 50m back. Shaun and Thomas pb'd in the 200m breast. Lucy pb'd on her 100m fly. The afternoon session started with Layla taking 5 seconds off her 400m free. The girls than swam the 50m free, Eve took 3 seconds off, Scarlet took 2 seconds off and took bronze, Katie and Lara also pb'd. Matthew, Jamie, Shaun, Flynn and Ryan pb'd on the 50m breast. Lara took 9 seconds off in her 200m backstroke. Thomas, Shaun and Flynn pb'd on the 100m free. The final event was the 100m breast, Eve and Katie pb'd. Well Done Everyone. After the gala the party started at sambuccas for Shaun and Scarlett's birthdays.

A good day at the South Tyneside Spring Meet. Elaine and Scarlett pb'd in the 100m back this morning and Scarlett knocked 5 seconds of her 100m free this afternoon. Ryan swam a very good 26:96 in his 50m free and 1:17:14 in his 10 breast. Katie pb'd in her 50m breast and knocked 3 seconds off her 100m free. All done by 17:10.

The Club is at the South Tyneside Spring Meet this weekend. Today Elaine, Ryan, Scarlett, Connie and Katie are swimming. South Tyneside are not allowing bags poolside - swimmers need a £1 for a locker and a small bag to put anything in they want to take poolside. 🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️

Busy weekend for Hetton ASC. Tonight is Junior League training 8 to 9. Tomorrow N&D Teams at the Aquatic Centre - warm up 8:00am. Sunday - Junior League at Haven Point, South Shields - meet at 2:30pm in the foyer. 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻

All of tonight's sessions are cancelled. The road and car parks around the Pool are horrible and frankly it's not worth anybody getting stuck when the session ends tonight.

Due to the bad weather conditions tonight's session will be cancelled. 😟 We will re-assess the situation tomorrow for the Junior League training.
