Our aim is to help people Be Active and Stay Active. Our services include injury treatment, sports massage, sports performance, and osteopathy. Our BeActive Clinic is THE place to go if you are active and want to stay active. We provide a variety of services, including:

BeActive Classes: We currently run pilates classes and yoga classes for all levels including beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Sports Massage and Sports Therapy - Suitable for all members of the public as well as sports amateurs and elite athletes.

Injuries - We assess and treat many musculo-skeletal injuries and conditions, both sporting and non-sporting.

Sports Performance - We can help you improve your sports performance – providing in-depth assessment, including posture, flexibility and gait analysis plus tailored programmes developed by our specialist strength, conditioning and rehabilitation trainers.

Learn Sports Massage - We have been teaching sports massage and sports therapy for over 25 years. If you are passionate about sport and would like a hands-on career helping others, sports massage could be for you.

Today is National Play Tennis Day, but EVEN more important is the weekend of May 12th and 13th which is the next time when many tennis clubs have open days and you can try the sport for free!
