If you suffer from Asthma it is important that your symptoms are monitored annually. If you are not having any symptoms from your asthma, please visit our website and complete the asthma annual review questionnaire, (follow the below link) this will go to a nurse to look over and you will then be contacted if further assessment is needed. However, if you are having problems or would like a routine check-up we can offer you the choice of seeing the nurse in the surgery or arranging a telephone review.
