Selling property in Hereford and the surrounding counties since 1996, Hunters Hereford are Matthew Addison, Senior Partner, a Chartered Surveyor, with over 30 years experience in the area. Alison Fuller, Managing Partner, formerly in Estate agency in Cheshire, with 23 years experience in the area.
Both partners deal with a broad spectrum of property from old to new, cottages to terraces, country houses, farms, land, equestrian and all things in between!
Both Matthew and Alison have also been heavily involved in new build properties, historically having dealt with many sites around the area, including the former Hereford Hospital and Bartestree Convent, and currently are proud to be dealing with Fryers Gate, a superb apartment complex on the banks of the river Wye, and most eye catching when crossing Herefords main river bridge - a new iconic building for Hereford and its first 'living green wall'!
Katherine Lucas joined the team in 2000, providing essential back up, and leaving for a brief time to get involved with the production of the now defunct Home Information Packs. Carole Boulton accompanies our viewings, including evenings and weekends to suit.
