Still just 2 places remaining for this 2 day non residential workshop at The Energy Centre in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, which is coming up in a couple of weeks time. We'll be exploring the darkness through movement, creative processes, Shamanic journeying, nest making and feeling and preparing our way towards moving into the Winter Solstice and Winter energies. Finding our way through the 'outer' and often busy activities of preparing for Christmas with all it's bright sparkle and lights, when in fact nature shows us this time of year is for settling down into the Earth, hibernating and going into the dark spaces. How can we resist the outer pull and stay connected to our inner animal? What are our fears around darkness and stillness? No previous experience is necessary and this small group will find it's own way towards connection with other humans and with the cycles of nature.
