Focus Fit - Bootcamp, Boxing & Kickboxing
Description
We currently hold Kidz Karate and KickBoxing, alongside adults BootCamp, Boxing and KickBoxing sessions. PT sessions and martial art 121's available too.. We are currently holding Boxing, KickBoxing, Karate and BootCamp classes.
Focus-Fit Boxing clases are on Tuesdays and Thursdays 18.00-19.00.
Focus-Fit KickBoxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays 19.00-20.00
Focus-Fit BootCamp classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays at 19.00-20.00 or Fridays 18.30-19.30.
Focus-Fit Kidz KickBoxing classes are on Wednesday evenings 18.00-19.00 and Saturday mornings 09.00-10.00..
Focus-Fit Kidz Karate classes are Mondays at 18.00.
Saturday morning opening sessions are open training, this means all our equipment and facilities are open for our members to use between 10.00-12.00 after our Kidz class finishes at 10.00.

***COMPETITION TIME*** As some of you may be aware, we have been part of a charity show in Haywards Heath on two occasions now. The next show is in April 2018, we are looking for new blood to compete on this show!! The winners will have free training from January 2018 until the fight night itself, you will have one of our experienced fighters as a personal mentor throughout your training and you'll be guaranteed a fight for charity at the end of the training course. It's a really simple competition, all you need to do is LIKE THE PAGE, SHARE THE POST and then inbox the page when this has been done to tell us why you should be picked to win. Closing date will be FRIDAY 22ND DECEMBER... There are three spaces up for grabs and you can be any age from 18 or above as well as male or female with no full contact boxing experience!!
