((BOUNCE )) is a Fun, Friendly and Fierce exercise class.
A 60 minute class consisting of 40 minutes cardio followed by 20 minutes of toning and abs. 10 minutes at (( BOUNCE ))™ is the same as a 30 minute run - plus the whole point of jumping on a trampoline is to have fun! Simple. There's oodles of scientific research to support Bounce's benefits, most famously, NASA calls it "The most effective exercise yet devised by man" due to the extra gravitational force that the trampoline pad adds. Aiming to burn an average of 700+ calories per class, its nearly double the average of Zumba or Spin... The secret is out.

Performed on mini trampolines, this 1 hour exercise class makes exercise fun by focusing on choreographed moves whilst bouncing up, down and all around. (( BOUNCE ))™ will get you improving weight loss 3 times quicker than other exercise done on the ground due to opposing gravity and added g-force, FACT!
Banging tunes mixed with low impact moves means the workout is motivating and tough, but comfortable on the joints as the trampoline pad absorbs over 87% of shock so wont hurt whilst you're jumping along!
Our unique instructors work super hard to make sure you feel welcome, its a friendly environment and we make it exercise excitable and inspiring! Starting with a warm up, then onto the cardio section and you'll finish with body conditioning for toning plus a stretch , offering a 'full body fix'.
