Classes on resuming as normal this week Ax

September arrives and the end of the summer holidays for most, luckily for me I have mine to come 😎 Therefore there will be no classes on the following dates: Wednesday 6th September 6.30-7.30pm Clocktower Gym Thursday 7th September 11.30-12.30pm Hartley Manor Pavilion No classes either week of Monday 18th September- Friday 22nd September. My well travelled Yoga mat will be joining me, try to unravel yours too 🙏🏻 Ax

All classes to schedule this week Ax

It was great to welcome some new faces at classes last week and the return of some familiar - hope you all enjoyed your Yoga practice. Holiday season now in full swing - there will be no class at Tree Estate Community Centre on Monday 7th August, all other classes on as usual Ax 🙏🏻

No class this Wednesday (19th) or Thursday (20th) as I'm away for a few days - mondays on as usual 🙏🏻 Ax

I think we all appreciated a gentler yoga practice this week in the extreme warm weather - especially on Wednesday- International Yoga Day! 😎 All classes back on at usual times next week - see you there Ax

As I will be away for a few days, there will be no classes on Wednesday, Thursday or Monday 19th June Ax

This weeks Thursdays Yoga session is being rescheduled to 2-3pm, same on 22nd June. Good opportunity to discover how your practice feels at different time of day ! 🙏🏻 Ax
