We are very proud to once again be supporting the Harpenden Salvation Army present appeal for their Christmas Day guests. If you could buy an extra gift while you are Christmas shopping for those who will be on their own this year they would be great. Please note no alcohol. If each gift could be wrapped and labelled either:- Male Female Girl (approx age) Boy (approx age) Toddler (Boy) or (Girl) We will have a drop off point in the clubhouse for all your donations. The last date for dropping gifts off at the club is SUNDAY 17 DECEMBER. We had an amazing response last year and the Salvation Army were so grateful.

Saturday’s 1st XV match report against London Nigerians... London Nigerians 26 Harpenden 36 Harpenden’s squad was reduced by several players missing, mainly, due to injury, including two on the day. Despite all this they managed to win an exciting game by scoring six tries to the oppositions three. Unfortunately, Jimmy Speirs - the scorer of 2 tries - was injured in the process. Other scorers were Adam Wilkinson, Ed Preston, and Conor McClean. Ollie Mann converted three. Harpenden now sit just behind our close rivals sharing the second spot. RW
