I have been nice enough not to take deposits but if I have anymore mess arounds, ALL clients who have booked in for the next 2 weeks will require to pay a deposit to secure their appointment! Sorry to do this to all my great customers but unfortunately I am extremely busy and I can’t afford to miss appointments! Will keep everyone updated 😘

Can I just remind everyone of my late/ cancellation policy if it is less than 12 hours I still require full payment as I have my own bills to pay for and I can’t afford to lose out on money, I understand things happen but unfortunately the policy still stands and anyone who refuses this policy will not be booked back in!
