Open seven days a week We are a local cafe in the pleasant surroundings of the Newbank Garden Centre, West Vale, Halifax.
We serve freshly brewed speciality coffee, along with an extensive range of fine teas.
Homemade cakes are a speciality, especially our rich fruit scones served with jam and cream for that ultra indulgence.
We have a fantastic light lunch menu served from 11:00am to 3:00pm with choices such as freshly cooked hot jacket potatoes from our victorian potato baker, homemade soup or freshly prepered hot and cold sandwiches.
We endever to source all our products locally where possible.
So please call in to say hello, where a warm welcome awaits you and a lovely cup of coffee.

Staff Vacancies 1 x Kitchen Assistant 2 x weekend staff *Kitchen Assistant * 25 hours per week. Hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. Additional hours may be available. Hours to change in September to include 1 weekend day with a day off midweek. Must be hard working & reliable. Will be working in a small busy environment. Food service experience is preferred but not essential as training can be provided for someone wanting to learn. Will be assisting the cook prepare and serve breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas. Other duties include washing up, clearing tables, cleaning and serving customers.
